Williamstown “Band of Spirit” is headed to Regionals this Saturday, October 31, 2009

ITINERARY

KMEA Class A East Regional

October 31, 2009

Madison Southern High School - Berea

· 10:00 a.m. Arrive at School

· 10:15 a.m. Begin Practice

· 1:00 p.m. End Practice – Put away Instruments

Eat Lunch - spaghetti (provided at school )

The Spaghetti Dinner that was scheduled for Friday night has been moved to Saturday. Invite your family and friends, come out and see the band off before regionals, and help support the band by eating with us. The meal will be at 1:00.

· 1:45 p.m. USE THE RESTROOM and Load Bus.

· 2:00 p.m. Leave for Madison Southern High School

· 4:00 p.m. Arrive at Madison Southern High School for Class A Regionals!!!!

· 4:45 p.m. Dress – DON’T FORGET WHITE UNDERGARMENTS

· 5:15 p.m. Begin Warm-up at practice area “A”

· 6:00 p.m. Leave practice area “A” - Travel to Performance Gate

· 6:10 p.m. Arrive at Performance Gate

· 6:15 p.m. Perform – Show the crowd the Winners that you are !!!!!

· 6:30 p.m. Get water after exiting field

· 6:45 p.m. Put up equipment, change out of uniforms, make sure everything is put away!

· 7:00 p.m. Return to stands to watch remaining bands and prepare for Semi-Finalist Awards

· 7:30 p.m. Exhibition performance by Campbellsville University

· 7:45 p.m. Semi-Finalist Awards

· 8:30 p.m. Leave for home

· 10:30 p.m. Arrive back at W.H.S.

¨ Don’t Forget White Undergarments & LONG White Socks

¨ Polish your Shoes

¨ Clean Your Instruments

¨ Bring extra money if you would like additional snacks/food at Regionals
