Lake Williamstown has over 550 subdivided lots with approximately 450 lakefront houses.

All regulatory agencies ask that property owners and contractors follow all laws and employ best management processes when building near our small water reservoir.   To reduce headaches, save time and money, check with all regulatory agencies prior to any construction.   So please...

    "CALL BEFORE YOU BUILD"

    Regulatory Agencies:

                (859) 341-4246

And not only for dock permits, but when you build near the water reservoir you need to contact:

Be advised that these regulations are being enforced.

    Please note...
    All construction
except pre-approved (see Dock Permits) construction
    • docks
    • shoreline protection
    • walkways/stairs
must stay 50' away from the Lake and requires properly installed silt fencing.

    SITES

    Dear Viewers,

I am not a web developer, I just play one on this site.  The lower map is my attempt at kml from the Public Domain parcel shapefiles.  It is a work in progress and I am going to try again later. Since many people ask me where "so & so" live on the lake, I thought I should post it.

I realize it is incomplete and crude, so don't write me & tell me that but if you are a Developer & can give me a few pointers through the "Contact Us Page", I would appreciate it.

OR try searching for properties at the Grant County PVA site at:
